NO NO NO RECOMIENDO. Si en algún concesionario les ofrecen financiamiento con kensington financial jamás lo acepten son la peor compañía , si quieren ahorrar estrés y dolores de cabeza no usen esta compañía . Servicio al cliente es pésimo agentes que no te ayudan para nada para colmo tienes que pagar una cuota si quieres hacer pagos con ellos ya que su página web es un asco. En fin no me ajusta un comentario para describir todo lo que es esta miserable compañía

Took a 3 year loan with them. Only had a small issue at first getting my insurance to notify them but that might have not been their fault. Otherwise I’d use them again. Called them twice and they fixed all the issues I had. Great rate too for a car loan.

They are very unprofessional. They have expenses and fees that come from nowhere they will not work with the customer at all. Car was repossessed and willing to pay to have it released, but it was damaged by the tow company and the finance company wanted me to be liable and file insurance claim in order to have car repaired as well as pay fees to get the car back, but the car was no longer drivable Due to the tow company

These people call you from a hitlist! you ask them to please leave you alone and one agent after another continues to ANNOY the CRUD out if you. Even if I ever needed their Services I would NEVER do business with them because they dont care about you or your time

I had a little bit of difficulty finding the place. I purchased a vehicle approximately 2 months ago & I wanted BOTH my car payment date to be sooner & my credit card to be automatically deducted from. I was treated "ok". Unfortunately, I was a victim of credit/debit card SCAMMING & I CANNOT reach them today on a Saturday morning. ⚠️Otherwise, KNOW that if you call in your payment, they'll charge you almost $9.00 EXTRA‼️
