This place takes advantage of the elderly. They tried to charge my father 2.5 hours worth of work for something that took me less then 30 minutes to do. 3 screws that's all. They were gonna charge $750 for 3 darn screws. Not to mention he's had his vehicle there several times with no resolve to his electrical issues. I'll never take my vehicle here. I'll make the longer trip to a different dealer.

We have had a nightmare experience with KORF - bought a car in early Dec 2024 and they mislead us on the warranty (promised a warranty that is void due to the car being from Canada) and promised to fix the sound system (a several thousand dollar problem now) that they did not fix. Now, as we try to get plates, are learning they sent the title to dmv very late and aren’t able to get plates in time before the temp ones expire. This has been a disaster for us. I wouldn’t trust this business. Looking into legal action for consumer rights issues given how much they misled us.

at the Fort Morgan Korf they have some of the best workers there I get my oil changed there and service there all the time if I have a recall on my jeep, I go to them first Ashley😇 and Abby are two of the sweetest Service ladies in the world, you guys really need to visit them and say hi to them they are always there too. Check on any proms that you have with your car so please please please stop in at Korf and Fort Morgan and meet Ashley😇 and Abby and you will not be disappointed. Amazing team of people. They helped me immensely after losing my car in a fire. Special thanks to Ashley for personally getting the replacement key and making everything super easy for my insurance while giving me daily updates and Travis for finding me a replacement that was Exactly what I wanted.

I dropped my 2021 Jeep Wrangler at this shop for transmission codes. They got it in the shop the next day and quickly diagnosed it as a simple cable replacement.
FOUR weeks later it was complete. (They had trouble getting simple parts for a variety of reasons)
Next day, my Jeep threw codes again and the check engine light came on.
I was not about to go back to their shop for another diagnosis fee and 4 more weeks without a vehicle.
Turns out, they did not put my Boost side EVAP Purge system back together.
Also had them check for antifreeze leak, they said they couldn’t find one. Husband quickly found I had a leak at my tank.
Moral of the story; make the drive to the Greeley dealership, or ANY other shop, just not this one
