I've owned a lot of vehicles in my 27 years of driving, and so naturally, I've dealt with a lot of private buyers and sales people (men and women). Today, however, I truly had the easiest, fastest, and best experience working with @Cristopher Lopez and his team at VW Lafayette. I drove over 1.5 hours today to purchase my 5th Toyota 4Runner, and although it was at a VW dealership, Cristopher was beyond qualified to sell it to to me. He answered all my questions, and when he didn't know, he OWNED it, and went and asked someone who did (rather than blowing smoke which is what a lot of sales people do...in any industry). I could rant for a long time about my positive experience today, but I wanted everyone that is reading this review to know that I'm not getting paid for this, nor did they ask me to write it; rather, I felt compelled to give credit where it's due. That credit belongs to Cristopher, and his sales manager Conner. Well done today gentlemen! Thank you!

Listen, the old saying is, "Travel a few more miles, to get a great deal, on your next car". I did that. I drove to Lafayette Volkswagen and the minute I arrived, I was treated like family. As the day progressed, I was informed every minute the status of my application and the vehicle I was purchasing.
The sales rep I had, Will Kinzer, was
a professional. He never stopped,
until my deal was finalized. Ostin, the Credit Mgr, briefed me every minute on the status of my loan. The other staff members, Connor Smith and the GM,
Gary Craft, advised me, when I could close on my loan.
Now, if you want to get a good deal, the car you want, I advise you to make and appointment with this dealership.
I've never been treated as well anywhere as great as I was treated here. They will get you approved and on your way. I will highly recommend you travel to Lafayette, Indiana, just a nice drive and save yourself money and be treated better than you will ever be treated at any Car Dealership. Buying a car should be hassle free and it was actually fun, being around a staff that treated you with respect and
wanted your business.

Had a great experience here! We came to get my partner a car and there was no BS involved. No crappy sales tactics, no under the table stuff, no back and forth trying to upsell. Answered questions directly and hooked us up with what we wanted. Very transparent and clear on explaining things too! Shout out to my man Christopher because he was a solid agent! Super friendly and helpful and no issues whatsoever! The finance team was excellent too! Overall best dealership experience I have had in Lafayette.
