My very recent experience with Mr. Brandon Ford l believe his name was , was a very great one, this person was kind, courteous, very professional and very knowledgeable. He unlike the very mean lady l had a day or so prior to him very mean and unprofessional. Mr. Brandon knew what my situation was and also was patient enough to hear me complain and bicker he also was understanding of what l was going through, by the time he help resolve my issue, all l had left to do was set up direct deposit through my employer. He really made my morning, l wish there were more people in this customer service world like him , especially being that l just got off work and hadn't been to sleep and it's early morning for he as well THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDON . Kudos to you now l can get some rest....

Vanessa Huff was so friendly and extremely helpful!! I have only had LSFU since June of 2024 (about 5 months) but since I have had an account there my credit has gone from nonexistent to steadily climbing towards a stable financial future.... I am so grateful for all the help and advice!! If you are in need of a loan of any type Katie was amazing for me in that department! I'm glad I've found a bank where I don't feel like I'm judged by what's in (or what's not) in my account... they see me as a person; a Mother..... not just an account number can't say enough good things!
