No confies en una compañía de peestamos alterna porque tristemente es una sola.aplique con ellos directamente y me rechazaron, busque otro lugar en otra ciudad y automáticamente ya tenian mi información ahi 😱 ( rechazado) llame a otra compañía y me dijeron lo mismo. They never answer and when they do, the operators barely speak English ( extremely very bad accent) and (I speak Spanish and English) And when you ask them if they speak Spanish and you suggest them we better do it in Spanish, the operator gets offended and they hang up on you ... Very very NOT professional. Bad company

Nunca contestan y sus operadores en Inglés apenas y se les entiende el Inglés.... Y cuando les preguntas que si hablan español y les sugieres que mejor lo hagamos en español el trámite se ofenden y te cuelgan ... Que poco profesional.

Terrible company they still owe me $6,000. I’ve been given the run around for months they connect me to different help lines. I’ve spoken to at least 25 customer service reps that they have trained to lie. I wonder how they are in business still. I took a
Loan from them after channel 4 news received a complaint from a borrower, they too were given the run around for months. I have filed a report to the BBB. I’m waiting on a response from them. I suggest if you do business with them to be aware of their unlawfulness. Their schemes.

Do NOT use this company!!! They try to use scare tactics, bully, harassment and more when you reach your first day behind on a loan. I’ve been consistently paying since my agreement started, one late payment and all hell breaks loose. They call and hang up as soon as you answer but the caller ID shows their company’s name. Then they call from multiple random numbers all week, when googling them, all leads back to this company and bad reviews for spam calls. Spoke to a representative and asked for an extension just for this one payment, she said yes and I will receive an email. Never got it, next day another agent calls, hangs up and I call them back. Same person answered. I brought up my previous convos and they said it’s not in the system and it’s actually a 48 hour waiting period for extensions, said he will put me into the system. Next day the cycle happens again.

This Loan Center is really a NIGHT-MARE CENTER. This is a Joke Loan Center. I recommended to these guys to change their name to Loan Scam Center. After I spent two days with this people asked for all documents that even when I bought my house, never ever I spent that kind of time (2) days. At the end they want me to give an access to my Bank Account. You know what was their real intention. I not need to mentioned. They are located at 4727 Wilshire Blvd. Suite # 100. Los Angeles California 90010. Just be carefully in never try to use these monkey business Loan Center?

Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews! This company was fabulous and made everything go so smoothly and very very efficiently! I highly recommend them. The whole staff was great. I am very grateful that I picked such a great honest company. Thank you LoanCenter! You guys rock
