I had a really good experience at Luque Tires! I was pulling a trailer behind my truck when I noticed I had a flat tire on my trailer. I did a quick check on Google maps and found Luque Tires was only .3 miles away! I called and they were open. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and told me to come on in and they could fix it for me! I pulled in the parking lot and a very nice guy came out and took a look at the tire. Good news, he had a new tire in stock and he was able to change it out for me. It was a really good ending to a bad situation. The person who took care of me had a new tire on the trailer and I was driving home in under :30 minutes! I must also mention that the tire and labor to do everything was under $150 bucks!!! I've been living in Lewis County for almost twenty years and didn't know this place existed. I will definitely use them in the future for my automotive repair needs. I recommend them. They do everything from tire repair and replacement to tune ups, lube jobs, brakes, etc, etc...
I noticed that they also have a used car lot across the street as well.
Thank you Lucky Tires and thank you to the really awesome guy that took care of my trailer.

These guys are always friendly and hard working and quick to help with whatever our tire needs have been. Their new shop located next door to their old place has clean, well-lit work bays, and their waiting room is clean and cozy. Their work has always been professional and fast.

They were very nice. The tire I brought in that needed mounted on the rim was bad. They told me form safety reasons that I needed a different tire. When I have the funds to get all my tires replaced I will be coming here. They were the nicest place I went to.

This place claimed to have fixed my friends car. I was to follow her home. We didn't even make it 2 miles from the auto shop and something was wrong that she couldn't drive it. They refused to do anything about it. She paid a lot of money and got a car worse off than when she brought it there.

These guys helped me to get back on the road after I caught a pothole on i-5 and one of my tires was destroyed. They put a decent temporary replacement used tire quickly and for very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this tire shop.

Absolutely the WORST place you can take your car. They were paid to replace our tire with another one, but then they took the money for the labor and just told us "the bolt will break if we try, so go do it at your own house." Then, they locked the doors to their shop right after we step out. They FINALLY got around to replacing the bolts and the tire, but now the car has three new problems and never gave a receipt. This is super sketchy and I will NEVER take any vehicle here again or ever recommend it to anyone.
EDIT: You can claim you lock your doors in between customers, but it wasn't locked when we FIRST arrived, before you tried to scam us. And then you locked it before we even left the property. That's sleazy af. And now there's all this other trouble that wasn't there before? What did you do to the car?! Best believe I won't EVER let you get away with ANYTHING. You need to make everything right.
