Very poor experience. I had started the deal a day in advance and made it very clear that I was in a time crunch due to daycare with my child. they had no sense of urgency on having the truck ready for delivery. the sales manager was rude and basically said my trade was junk. Note my trade only had 117k on it and was mechanically sound had normal wear for a 2008 model. It was also just through another shop which had given it a clean bill of health.. He told me it was not worth putting on his lot, it was a auction vehicle only. I had to deal with 3 different people to accomplish purchasing the truck I wanted. None were prepared to finish the deal when i arrived. The truck was not cleaned up and ready when I arrived. They did not have any accessories on hand for the truck, So I called their competition and had them delivered the next day to me. Note and a cheaper price than they quoted me at their so called discount.. I would never purchase from them again.

My husband, son and I where down from Manitoba, Canada for the weekend and went out to our truck to go for dinner and it would not to start! We had the truck towed to Luther Buick GMC on Sunday morning. Monday morning at 7am we went to the dealership with the hope they could look at our truck asap so we could get back on the road and home the same day. Kevin was awesome! He called me within the hour with the diagnosis and I gave him the approval to complete the work. At 11:30am our truck was ready to go! We were able to get back home the same day! As someone who works as a Business Manager at a Dealership I appreciate the quick and exceptional service! Thank you again!

I took my pickup in to get the A/C fixed. I had an extended warranty on my vehicle and the folks at Luther were quick with their diag, contacted my warranty and then contacted me to ask before going ahead with any repairs. My vehicle was fixed the same day and haven’t had any issues.

Editing: revising to 5 Stars. Luther Buick GMC/Robin made it right, and is fixing the issue while covering the deductible on my extended warranty. Very pleased, and relieved, that they righted this wrong. My business will continue to go to Luther, as they continue to impress me after this issue. I am so very happy I was wrong in doubting they would make this right.

Did not fix what I brought it in to have serviced; Robin said the radiator was causing the A/C issues but when I picked my truck back up at the eleventh hour (when everyone was gone), the problem was clearly not fixed and A/C was still blowing hot/outside temp air. Had to bring it back in this morning and now Robin is telling me that I would have to pay the deductible again for my warranty coverage, for Luther’s team misdiagnosing the issue and not properly diagnosing the issue that I brought it in for. Robin clearly confirmed via text that the issue they found/diagnosed was what was causing the problem I was concerned about, but it was not. I have been a Luther customer for a good handful of years now and I’ve never had this sort of problem before.

Such an unbelievable disappointment to work with Luther. My 2020 GMC Terrain (which was still under FACTORY WARRANTY) broke down in November of 2023, and I called Luther to see if I could get it towed there to be diagnosed -- they said they were out 3 WEEKS to even get it in to look at and diagnose. So I had to tow to Corwin (5 stars) who got it in the same day. It was diagnosed that my piston blew and I needed a total engine replacement. It was then towed over to Luther and sat on their lot from November 2023 - April 2023. I filed a Lemon Law with GMC directly due to the wait in time and being out of a vehicle (also was NO help). I got a call from Luther that my vehicle was FINALLY ready to be picked up and after I got home with my vehicle I realized it was FULL OF MICE. I immediately drove it back to the dealership to have them file an insurance claim (which they denied to do) because once mice pee in the insulation of your car it will NEVER come out of the defrosters/doors/seats/carpet. I also called the North Dakota State Health Department regarding hantavirus (dangerous virus that comes from mice feces) and they were in contact with Luther. The air coming from the vents smells a horrid smell, and I will not let my children and chronically sick husband breathe in mice feces and risk hantavirus. Mice do nothing but pee and poop and CHEW FUSES in vehicles. I do NOT trust my vehicles brakes/lights/electronics whatsoever. Luther again, DENIED TO DO ANYTHING except for perform an "interior detail".

They admitted to the mice infestation on their property, and management was dismissive and extraordinarily rude when I spoke with them. My car is now ruined, 7 months older than it was when I dropped it off, has expired on warranty, has an empty gas tank from Luther, and 10,000 disgusting mice families living in it. 0/10. This was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE.
