From the beginning to the end, Jacob, the owner of this business, was nothing but supportive, helpful, caring, and genuine throughout my whole process of me buying my car. This car dealer has a horrible customer service skills, Calvin LennBerg offered me a used car with minor hail damage and a previous car accident . Car has been repaired and he sent me a picture of the car after been repaired, I wasn't sure if picture was showing a noticeable hail damage on top of the hood. I asked him about it and he got all offended telling me that wasn't the hail damage that was a clouds reflection, I was driving so was a little hard for me to text back right away, so he said all good you don't have to come see it. I replied back saying that I will go see car next saturday and he replied : honestly , don't come, we do have a lot of people interested in the car , sorry best luck with your search. Wow it's incredible to see this kind of car sales people out there it's sad . as a single mom I worked so hard to save my money to buy a car and I do have all the right to ask any questions regarding a car picture. well, I guess he doesn't know its a car dealers in every corner but hard to believe is people like him out there representing a car dealership, he should be embarrassed.
So FYI people out there get to know this salesman and don't go to this place. spend your money somewhere else.
