Now they're charging $25 to cash a paycheck that's drawn from an account at THEIR institution, pretty sure there's laws and rules against doing that....what a JOKE!!! Pretty ticked off, I'm not spending $25 of my hard earned money for them to cash a check drawn from a business account at THEIR bank in melrose MN and the business issuing the checks is also local!!!! RUDE tellers and you stand there waiting FOREVER while they sit chatting having personal conversations. They should also realize us customers can HEAR THEM on the speaker in the drive thru so maybe they should TRY a little harder to be more professional and not make comments about customers....I'd advise AGAINST using this bank for anything

I LOVE banking with Magnify Financial. They are by far the best bank I have ever had an account(s) with. I’ve always had a great experience when I’ve had to deal with them no matter what it is. The branch manager in melrose, Isaac, is such a wonderful person to talk to regarding anything I’ve ever had a question about or needed, he always strives to do the best he can and doesn’t make you feel like your wasting his time, and if he couldn’t help, he’s always directed me to someone who could without being left on hold forever. Thank you Magnify for being the best bank to have an account/accounts through!

Bring ur ID with otherwise u wont be able to get YOUR money even if u know all your info. Oh & they only ID CERTAIN people.
