His process is very efficient and easy to use, I had all my documents sent to him and accepted within a day. He was always available to answer questions and even recorded his responses to allow me to replay them if I needed a refresher. They were proactive at getting involved in my transaction from the time I made the offer, working with my realtor and the seller’s realtor to advocate for me, which helped in getting my offer accepted.
