I’m so glad I found Matt again so I could thank him. Some years ago I went through a brutal divorce and needed to be able to buy out my ex and keep my neurodivergent son and I in our home. My finances were wrecked intentionally by my ex during the marriage, and I thought I had no hope of ever getting back on top of things. Matt was knowledgeable, present, kind, and extremely supportive, giving me options for getting my finances together and patiently waiting while I rebuilt my credit using his suggestions.

Without Matt’s support, I honestly don’t think I’d have recovered from the truly awful situation I was in. Matt reminded me - through his integrity, honesty and hard work on my behalf during a time when I felt completely broken - that community is truly how we make the world better.

Matt is INCREDIBLE! I am a real estate agent and investor and I have been working with Matt for 2 years now. We work together on mutual clients and Matt does my personal mortgages as well. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the available mortgage products and guidelines. My most recent purchase that Matt did the mortgage for was on my primary residence in January 2022.
