I'm very happy with the service i have received, I Asked them to find me a specific car, they did. I'm happy with the sales team the Collison team and office staff. We've been dealing with them for over a year and added another vehicle. Any problems that might have came with the vehicles have been fixed promptly and without hassle. Thank you Ken and team for helping me thru this process as i was a needy customer.

I'm very pleased with the quality of work, that is performed on vehicle. All the employees so far are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Becides feeling respected and seen as a customer and not just a girl. You ladies will know what i mean. I feel heard, valued, and respected. They fully explain everything so that i can understand it. The garage has never over charged me or said I needed parts that I did not need. They don't mind that I order all my own parts and bring them in with my appointment. The office guy is so used to me he prints off the parts list and provides it to me. If it is a hard to find part he will print off the part order number along with providing where he found the part. That alone makes me feel respected and understood. I feel their prices are more then fair they are affordable. I have recommended this garage to quite a few friends specially my girlfriends.

I was very appreciative for all the help Means S&S gave me. They were thoughtful beyond their needs to just sell a car. Who would have thought that you could also send a fax for work there! My job sends me to various locations and a safe vehicle is necessary , and it is just my luck that they are in that market. Safe cars and helpful people that is . I would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, my last car was from there as well.

Rented a car off them a few times. Good price. Ran well and good gas mileage.(I asked for economy) 3rd time is a bad luck charm I guess...got a different car because the usual was available and another they had was wrecked. I got part way to my destination and pulled over by a cop...before they came to window 3 cops pulled in...I was panicked.
Turns out they were gearing up for a stolen car...why u ask?
Well the plate from the wrecked rental was pulled to put on the different make model year of "for sale" car they had given me !!! Thankfully cop did some research and talked to us and didn't decide to impound the car...but basically left us with an undrivable car. I got a $30 refund!!! Cost me like $140 to rent for a few nights and that's all I get back and was a credit on next rental...which they overcharged me mileage cause they claim I didn't go with in the radius of their place...I went to same place I did first 3 times...no different and after being ripped off on top of being detained by police for them illegally tagging a car I'm done with this place. I should have had my entire money refunded for that first weekend...if I knew they were gonna play that way I would have begged the cop to impound the car as he wanted to( only didn't so he wouldn't screw us like this place did)...NEVER again

Best place in town to get your vehicle registered. Fast, easy, and the nicest people ever. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone in the area. Don't go anywhere else.
