Super friendly and helpful staff. I went in on a Thursday wanting to upgrade my truck tires to a nice all terrain tire. I was given options in different price ranges and by Friday afternoon I had new tires on my truck and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The Toyo Open Country AT 3’s are everything I was looking for. 5 star experience!

Great experience! Called in the morning for a slow leak in a tire, they got me in over lunch, and my vehicle was ready before I finished my sandwich. Very reasonable charge. Highly recommend.

I recently visited this shop for a brake repair after one of my rear calipers broke off, causing my brake pads to fall out and all of my brake fluid to leak. While I only needed one caliper replaced, I was informed they only come in sets of two. I understand ordering a new set of brake pads in this situation, but it would have been helpful to know that I could bring my own parts, as I would have gladly done so and simply paid for the labor. Unfortunately, they do not allow customers to provide their own parts, which could have saved me some money.

On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. I wanted the technician’s opinion on what happened, and they went out of their way to call him even though he was off that day, which I really appreciated. The repair work itself was fast, professional, and high quality. My car is running smoothly now, and the brake fluid replacement was handled promptly and thoroughly.

Overall, while I wish there had been more flexibility regarding parts, the service quality and customer care were both very good.

I needed a wheel replaced. Kyle did an outstanding job locating a replacement wheel. There almost was a delivery issue from the vender. But the wheel arrived just in time for my appointment. The staff did an excellent job in keeping me informed of issues regarding my wheel. Outstanding service is the reason we keep coming back.

Family owned that really cares. They have financing offers which is helpful since auto repairs can be unexpected and expensive. They won me over when I took my car in for what I thought was a small leak in my tire, they informed me that it was not a leak and could just be a tire pressure monitor issue. Only charged me for a fix a flat. This shows real integrity and the kindness of a community focused company.
