Melanie guided us through the whole loan process. She was always available to help us through our texts, emails or phone calls. I personally know she and her family were very sick for a long time but she always worked hard for us to make the loan process work for us. When she found out I was a Disabled Vet, she worked hard to get our Ernest money & Appraisal fee returned to us. She also had a Notary Public come to our house to close our loan, which was so convient in Arizona. She found ways to simplify the new the loan process for me and my wife.
