I listened and observed the criminal activity as it is presently happening as I write this review. This is the true story of MMTC loan 583
IN THE YEAR2018 my friend inherited an investment property. This was 2. 4plex’s (8 units) with no mortgage .
He was the successor Trustee. he needed funds to close the Trust.
He came across MMTC AND THE Grifters at orchard. They gave him a 12% interest only with 18x loan to value. I told him be careful . The property was built in 1947 needed rewiring. It was difficult to maintain fire insurance because of this issue.
State Farm had just canceled and then a second company canceled for the same issue. I heard him as he talked to Bo Desmond’s before finalizing the loan docs . Bo assured him that they would never cause the loan to default for insurance.that if a problem with insurance they would work with him to resolve the problem.
Because of the loan to value this would never be considered.
Now it appears this is the tactic of these predatory scammers
The insurance company canceled again. But MMTC DID NOT NOTICE MY FRIEND FROM 2021 until March 2025.
Nothing on the monthly billing statements but March 12 he found which looked like a scam in his spam folder ‘ immediate action required’ force plan insurance notice.
I thought any legal noticing must be done by certified mail
Not an email that looks like a Nigerian scam spam email
We immediately called MMTC 2 times both times it rang several minutes and then sent to voice mail. I made him send email telling him you thought that it was insured. Nothing on the monthly statements or the mail.
The next morning a Boris called my friend had the flu.I pressed the speaker so he could talk. What happened next was disturbing.
This self absorbed thing in a voice that was disturbed saying this is going to be short. This email you sent was unacceptable
You must show us an insurance policy by end of business today or pay off the loan by Friday.
My friend with a fever of 101 somehow got insurance and sent a copy to MMTC before the end of business that day.
Now this animal send a bill for more than $800 pics other fees plus $100000 loan .he said that if the $103,000 is not wired to their account by Friday or the property became orchard fundings.
My friend forgave Boriss. He said that this man suffers. He is disconnected from any sense of the human condition I understand when he played the recording. I agree with his opinion. But I could never forgive someone trying to steal from me.
He believes that God Will is a Plan to accept
He said more important is to pray for Boriss so he can find Joy and peace.
I told Gregory you can forgive him but YOU WARN THE WOROLD

Kim and Tracey are great. Quick response, willing to work with you on any issues, etc. Draw process is flawed in my opinion. Hard to get money sometimes. I can spend $20,000 on pre-order cabinets, appliances, windows, etc. which I may not receive for weeks, but cannot get reimbursed on that money until those items are on site. They do offer an advance draw option now which helps. Overall, I recommend.
