If I could mark zero stars I would. Took my van in to get looked at for a check engine light. Upon check-in at the service center they told me that they wouldn’t even be able to get parts for my vehicle. Instead of telling me that when I called for original service, they waited for me to drive 50 miles to their dealership. They ran the service told me I needed a mass airflow sensor. Upon further mechanical inspections elsewhere, not even close to the right Diagnosis. Terrible service obviously low know how. I don’t know which ones worse Turner Chevy Montrose or Mohar Chevy Durango. Horrible, horrible horrible

Four days before I was scheduled to drive from Durango to the east coast, the guys at a local oil change business (not Morehart) discovered 2 dead squirrels on my cabin air filter. Gah! Got that cleaned up but 2 hours later my dash lit up with check everything lights and my truck started shuddering. I quickly got myself to Morehart and the diagnostic reader pointed to injector trouble. The timing was terrible - my trip, the holiday rush at the garage. On top of that, I would be car-less for 4 days while they tried to fit me in to the schedule. Well Morehart to the rescue! Before I could even blink, they had called multiple dealerships and found me a loaner Subaru to keep for the week (no charge!) They got me in as promised and found the rodent damage. It took most of the day for them to assess and repair everything but the bill was incredibly reasonable. Not to mention the fact that I’d be driving over 1,800 miles the following 3 days through some remote areas and really didn’t want to find myself with another dashboard check engine meltdown! I held my breath on that drive but the truck has been great and Morehart will get all my future business. Thanks for the excellent service!

On June 10, we had to leave our 2016 Chevy truck at Morehart Murphy for a transmission replacement. We had been on vacation and cut it short due to the failure. The service manager informed us the repair would take 2-3 weeks. So we rented a car and drove back home to Ames, IA.
Since we're 1000 miles away, we tried to keep clear communication each week. They wouldn't return our calls. They sidestepped and just said waiting for parts the 4th week when we did manage to talk to someone.
So angry with them! We just drove 1000 miles back to Durango & picked up our truck today. They charged us MORE than originally stated, and had it 7 weeks! We have filed a complaint with GM about this huge stressful mess.

I was towing my fifth wheel camper and the truck went into limp mode about 30 miles from Durango. I called the service department first thing in the morning and was told to bring the truck in and they would take a look at it. When I arrived the service lady was super friendly and helpful. She ran a diagnostic on the truck and then consulted with a tech. She told me what the problem was, let us drop the camper in one of their lots, and took the truck to get fixed. They didn’t have the part in stock so they sent someone to get the part from Farmington. The whole time they were super friendly and informative. From start to finish we spent about 3/4 of a day there while they repaired the truck. The service department goes above an beyond for the customer and if I was in the area again, would definitely go there for any needs that would arise!

Unfortunately my wife's 2016 Suburban suffered a transmission failure while vacationing in Durango a couple weeks ago. I am pleased with this dealership and their service department. New transmission installed at a fair price with 3 year, 100k warranty. They were really respectful to my wife, and that meant a lot to me. The Suburban is back in Boerne and Momma is HAPPY. Highly recommend.
