I lived in my condo for several years, and when the landlord said he was selling, I wanted to buy it. I went to a traditional bank to get qualified to buy it, but ran into some problems because I am self employed. Luckily, the loan officer at my bank referred me to Gary at Neighbor To Neighbor Advocates. Not only was he able to get my loan approved, he represented me in negotiating a great price. I was so satisfied with Gary's services, that I have recommended some of my friends, who are also self-employed in my same line of work. Gary is trustworthy, very communicative and easy to deal with.

My wife and I were expecting a baby, so we began asking our friends for the best and quickest way to get pre-approved, to be able to move into a home before our baby was born. Given it’s our first baby and our first home, it was a bit overwhelming and something that seemed impossible to figure out in our timeframe. Fortunately, our friend referred us to Gary, and he was able to secure us financing and get us into a home after only a few showings. We of course had a lot of questions along the way, but Gary always answered our questions patiently and in great detail, addressing all our concerns, giving us the confidence we needed to ultimately pull the trigger on the biggest purchase of our life to date. Location was also a big deal to us, and we found our perfect place in Playa. We got the keys a couple months before our baby was born, which was perfect. We couldn't believe how smooth everything went.
