Hello everyone, I wasn’t going to leave a review until I read this,and this came from the “OWNER” of the company..THE OWNER!!! 🤣

Most satisfied customers don't go to the effort to post a Google review, and we don't make any requests that they do so. We're busy enough trying to take care of our customers, and don't feel the effort to request online reviews is a priority.
So what you see here is typically from people who are lashing out after they fail to honor their contract and are frustrated that their car was repossessed, or the few who are frustrated that we can't take credit cards or take their payment over the phone.
Let’s break this down shall we. The OWNER said.

🤷♂️ what Are you kidding me You have it the wrong way around.
A satisfied customer is more likely to leave a google review on a business,than a unsatisfied customer. You have to really have messed up or have done something wrong to receive multiple One star reviews.
The OWNER said “ We're busy enough trying to take care of our customers, and don't feel the effort to request online reviews is a priority.”
We’re busy enough as it is!! We don’t care about Google reviews, yet the one lone 5 star review that was given came from someone who was paid to do so..
That person left a 1 star on Carmax of all places 4 months ago,yet 6 months ago they magically left a 5 star review for NAC and not only that,they mentioned that they were about to pay off the car in which they bought 6 months ago 😂 yeah right.
If things were so awesome at NAC why go to Carmax
On to my favorite part the OWNER said

Since when does the owner of a company,unless it’s a small business and I mean very small. Take the time out of their day to reply to complaints with a complaint 🤣 “Oh these reviews in which we are too busy to care about because we’re so busy taking care of our customers.Are from people who got repossessed,or people mad that they can’t pay over the phone. Or from people who couldn’t HONOR Their contract..😂 and you guys wonder why the customer service is terrible..look at their leadership. I’ve read just about all the reviews,and throughly did my homework before I made this post. 92% of these complaints are about customer service,bad and or misleading information or just bad communication skills from people at NAC..and I know I know ..they all work within a earshot of a manager..so therefore they wouldn’t dare give horrible information along with rude customer service.
The other 7% comes from people like me who have done everything right and still have issues with customer service and or the “policies” that you guys decide to make up.. as the other customer who left a review about the insurance..you guys are trying to run that same game on me.
My car note is $330 I send them $340 every month and have not missed a payment. As I explained to them I bought my 2018 Camaro in 2020 paid it off and did nothing with my credit which made it go back to N/A. So I needed a little cheap car to get my credit back to where it was 670-700 ish.. I also have AAA full coverage,500 deductible and NAC as lien holder. Remember you can’t even leave the car lot without full coverage.. I bought the car in April and found out today after checking my credit that they have been saying I’ve been making all my payments late,and guess what as of APRIL THEY ADDED $1800 of their own insurance..so the day I got the car they added their own insurance..and every payment even though I’ve been paying a little more than I owe, they have marked as late because now my payments are magically $510.
Don’t let these guys play games with you. Lawyer up. They think that everyone on a subprime loan is broke..not me😁👍
