Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone here if you're calling. You can leave a message, and they either will take forever to call you back or they just won't at all. Also, be careful when paying off a loan when you have automatic payments for it. Even after the loan is paid off, they will continue to collect that monthly payment; even though there's nothing to pay. You "have to contact them" to stop the payments, even though they never are available. Going elsewhere would be your best bet. Horrible, horrible banking service. Would NOT recommend.

Been a member of there for 2 decades. Had a business corporate account over 10 years. The level of incompetence and inconsistency is astounding! This credit union used to be good but has gotten too big and has fallen apart. Absolutely avoid especially if you need a business account. They are incompetent in business & good luck reaching someone when you need them…

Absolutely the worst credit union in the area. Every time I have gone in or called them they have never been helpful. Every single person I speak to acts like this is the last place they want to be at, and are short with me and plain rude. Credit unions were established as “people helping people” but that is not the case here. STAY AWAY from this place if you want a place you can trust with your money. I’m incredibly disappointed by them, and I’ve been there for a few years. Learned my lesson the hard way, but you shouldn’t have to

I’ve been a member at NDFCU ten years and have recently noticed how inconvenient the granger branch has become. Lobbies aren’t open (due to COVID-19) however their only way to conduct business is through a machine. Very impersonal and LONG wait times. This branch was the most convenient location for me, now I expect to wait at least 20 min to deposit. And when I get up to the line I’m speaking to a person that isn’t even inside the branch. Sad to see my local credit union getting rid of real people and replacing with “live teller machines “

Notre Dame FCU is a great local credit union. Not a lot of tricks and gimmicks, just good customer service. Though, my sister loves this ridiculous little ice cream scooper they gave her.

Paid off a car loan. After being lied to over and over about the shipping of said title, I get more lies. Avoid this circus at all costs.
