They have a horrible calling feature spending wasted minutes listening to call prompts rather than addressing consumer needs. I am considering leaving this source due to failure to protect consumer rights by demanding copies of cancelled checks when they refuse to send cancelled check to consumer. Writing a check does not authorize any one to eFT my account

This group takes advantage to the disadvantage. Stay away from them as they lie from the onset of Nuvision taking over.

UPDATE: on Sept 10th the late may payment - that was not late... was reported to Transunion again affecting my credit score. The credit disputer from the bank wrote me a letter stating that it was being taken care of. As of today 10.9.19 nothing has changed.

Have a car loan through this bank. Their customer service and professionalism is very lacking. Do not recommend. We have our car loan through them. I made a car payment with my debit card. Cashier asked me how much I wanted to pay. I told her I wanted to make my monthly payment. So I paid it and walked away. As I am going through the home loan process getting ready to close they run my credit report. Turns out Denali/Nuvision reported me for a 30 day late. I contacted them and asked them about it and they said it was their mistake and I would need to dispute it. I investigated further. Turns out the cashier transposed numbers when I made the payment. So instead of the .83 cent it was .38 cents. So I was .45 cents short and 30 day late. They sent me a letter May 17th and reported to the credit bureaus May 19th. 2 days before it was actually 30 days late. They said they would fix it though after I sent them a long email explaining I didn’t intentionally not pay .45 cents, even wrote me letters stating they made a mistake and would have it removed from credit report. It did move off my credit report and credit score went back to normal for a few weeks and then it was reported again. It’s been over a week now and they said they would fix it but it has not changed. So because of .45 cents I was not able to purchase home.

You need to listen to your customers and DO WHAT'S RIGHT!! After what I've just heard there is absolutely No way I would ever do any business with you and I would strongly discourage others as well.
