aplique para refinanciar mi carro. al dia siguiente me dicen que se aprobo. cuando me dicen el pago y los meses quede inpactado. el pago me subia alrededor de 35 dlls y mas meses. no se como el banco lo mire pero el punto de refinanciar es bajar el pago mensual o bajar el interes y ellos querian subir todo los meses restantes interes y el pago cual es el objetivo. waow ?

apply to refinance my car. the next day they tell me it was approved. when they tell me the payment and the months I was shocked. The payment went up around 35 dollars and more months. I don't know how the bank looks at it but the point of refinancing is to lower the monthly payment or lower the interest and they wanted to raise all the remaining months interest and the payment which is the objective. waow ?

My card is declining everywhere, callled and spoke with fraud they said no locks or holds on my card means while I’m trying to order food and water and my transaction won’t go thru, went to an atm and thankfully was able to pull off cash even tho at the same location my card declined to get groceries. When the holiday weekend is over I’m closing this acct and not looking back. Tried ordering Ubers and Lyfts no luck had to scoop up change and walk and take the bus even tho the funds was in my card smh..

They was no help the employee I spoke with had bad customer service …went to this location to get an auto loan and I have good credit still got denied…all they do is run your credit I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN GO HERE !
