I have never come in contact with such rude employees ever! I even spoke to a supervisor and she was rude also. I have never had any problems ever at any other locations and needed to do something quickly and so I came to this location and I've never been so annoyed with bank employees ever! I've done what I needed to do for years and never did I ever get told I could not. I've been in Florida for almost 7 years and today I was told by an employee that I am not allowed to deposit money into my fiance's account. Never in the 7 years I've been doing this did I know you cannot deposit money into your fiance's account...

the only time my experience was good with this bank was the first day when they approved me for my car loan really quick. After that I tried to contact the loan officer multiple times about the loan. I NEVER heard from her. There are not enough employees working in their banks. they seem to not be up to date in anything. I use to think Credit unions were better than big banks but big banks are way easier to deal with. Also in Orlando I guess every single employee of Orlando Credit Union are spanish decent. Where are all the other people? And it seems as though they cater to their own. I deposited a large check and it is taking them 3 weeks to make it available. THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER.

I've have been banking with Orlando Federal Credit for 5+ years.
There are many reasons I'm still a customer here, they offer a very affordable loans rate, low monthly fees, in my case no monthly fees because I have a loan and a credit card.
Besides that, I love the customer service.
Wanda at the Semoran location, always goes the extra mile to help me.
I'm very pleased and satisfied with them.

oh my goodness after being a satisfied client of OCU for almost a year i am absolutely floored at what they have done to me and my family! After asking them for over draft privileges and being told no due to not having a direct deposit, they approved it allowing over $600 to go through with 250$ in insufficient funds!! I called to fix the situation which was their fault, and was told i no longer could use my account and if my account wasn’t brought to a positive standing in 45 days ir would be written off and sent to check systems! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! JACKIE ESPECIALLY IS SOMETHING ELSE.

I just recently applied for a car loan and had the most professional and helpful experience you can ask for from a bank. I was helped by Wanda Fontañez. Not only was she very helpful but she even got me approved for a personal loan to consolidate all my debt. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism from this credit union. If you need any kind of loan definitely the person to call. Wanda will help.

Love my credit union, received a fraud alert call regarding my debit card. I was able to deactivate the card and have a new one issued on the same day. Great customer service Thank you!!!.
