I just experienced the smoothest, fastest and most transparent car buying process of my entire life. I am 50 years old and have bought and sold many vehicles over my life span and Mike Clayson and his team at Pacific Horizon CU are the BEST in the BUSINESS. If you are a Utah County Native and are looking to purchase a car run it by Mike and his team, they will give you the lowest published rates and the fastest and highest quality of service throughout.
I sent him the purchase contract in route to the branch in Spanish Fork and picked up the check when I got there, about a 30 minute turn around. Made the process and the experience so enjoyable I couldn't recommend them any stronger...

Literally worse Credit Union I ever used in my life! I talked to everyone on the staff to fix my issue and the issue is fixed for like 5 mins and then the same problem comes right back up! So they don’t know how to find a long term solution so don’t waste your time or business with this credit union you will thank me later

I will never use the services of another credit union again following this one. My experience was a breeze. This place was amazing to be in and all the staff were not only very cooperative, but friendly and were genuinely interested in helping me attain what I needed/wanted. Two enthusiastic thumbs up, A+, gold star, and 10 out of 10.

I've taken a couple car loans from these guys and they give good rates, but the person I always get to talk to, I believe her name is Amber Brooks. Worst customer service, I sat outside her office and she never asked me to come in I had to come in and tell her if she could help me. She wasn't very happy to be interrupted. She is always the only person there when I go! I also took another personal loan and didn't ask me just ASSUMED I wanted it for a year and issue it that way. Some of the girls up front are okay. Some of their staff just hate working there, bored faces and not willing to help. This credit union has become my last option.

Super friendly. Easy to work with. Always do exactly what they say they are going to do. All decisions made right there in person. Super friendly staff. It’s a great place to bank. One of the best I have ever had an account with.

Worst bank EVER! Horrible management. When I went the employee tried to help me but the manager stepped in because he wasnt sure what to do. Her name was Shelby. Shelby had a mean attitude and wasnt helpful what's so ever. It took me nearly an hour of my time to communicate with her on what I needed. I had to put it in the most simple words for her small brain to understand. But she was still rude and inconsiderate about it. I wont be going back or ever using my account anymore. The worst bank to ever use! Dont waste your time because I guarantee you even the poor management staff will!
