My parents have been banking with Palmetto Citizens for years. Just recently outgoing mail was stolen from their mailbox and since there was a check involved, I immediately stopped payment through the PCFCU app -- easy. That same day my mom and I went to Palmetto Citizens to close her checking acct and open another. Carol Layton assisted us and was kind, friendly and very helpful. She closed the existing checking acct, opened a new one, and issued new debit cards in a short amt of time. Very pleasant experience!
