Este banco es lo peor que he visto cuando abri mi cuenta con ellos hace 4 anos solo lo ice con mi pasaporte como identificacion y ahora resulta que no me dejaban hacer ninguna transaccion con mi dinero que yo le confine a ellos para que lo guardaran no quetrian entregarmelo por que para ellos mi pasaporte no es un ID legal. Pero bien que cuando puse mi dinero en su banco lo tomaron sin poner ningun pero son unos abusadores

PenFed has been a good credit Union for me.But this particular location I would not recommend to anyone. I had an unpleasant experience with an in office person. After requsting to speak to, I think, the bank manager., my problem was not resolved
I left unsatisfied and feeling like I was an inconvenience to them and had been treated badly... My vist was months ago and I still think about how I was treated. I think I wrote the bank managers name down. If I remember it I will post her name... It's terrible how bad employees can tarnish the good reputation of a good credit union.

PenFed branch on West Adams in Temple Texas. Seemed to have been promising at first. However, they were very quick to let me down, providing incorrect information and when brought to the attention of the local leadership team, promises made on providing any feedback was not followed through by them. Say-Do poor. Cannot recommend.

Poor customer service. Find yourself a local bank or credit union. If you have an issue with anything at this place forget about it. You are screwed. They go to great efforts to keep a local number hidden. You get the 800 number run-a-round. Very frustrating dealing with this organization.

Too slow when go inside and the website is the absolute worse as far as paying/ transferring funds. I have multiple accounts here and several other banks/CU's. Closing all accounts here as had too many issues with transferring money and trying to pay credit card online. Had to finally go an use my B of A account Bill Pay to pay my PENFED credit card. Really like to get rid of Bank America. They were great but changed their website to something I don't like. Have had accounts with them for 35 years. I don't have tons of money but I use my dad's old system of using multiple banks. There's a method to that madness but the point is PenFed failed badly. Gave them over a year and just BAD horrible experiences multiple times paying and transferring funds online.
