Para todo la gente hispana quiero recomedarles ha emmanuel ruiz por ayudar a toda la gente hispana en especial a nosotros que llega con un sueño de tener un nuevo carro. Nosotrso llegamos con los animos a bajo por que pensabamos que no ibamos a ser aprovados pero gracias ala ayuda de emmanuel y de su gran esfuerzo hizo todo lo posible para que nos aprovaran. Fantastic experience with the service department.

Road tripping west along I-70 and the plastic clips holding the underside of our Subaru decided their day was done on New Year's Eve. After a good samaritan donated some duct tape to keep us from dragging plastic, we called the service department when we were ~40 minutes outside of Glenwood Springs and they told us to come in/fit us in immediately on our scheduled drive by time. Hooray!

Friendly and professional greeting as we rolled in, not knowing if our trip was getting seriously delayed by days (due to holiday) or not. We were able to relax in their lounge and after ~30 minutes they came back with a fix that got us on our way again. The trip wasn't derailed as we feared!

We very much appreciated the experience at this unexpected Subaru Service visit and would highly recommend to others!

Just to sum up my experience at Phil Long Subaru in Gleenwood Springs, Colorado: Levy in the service department is the best thing since sliced bread. Truly awesome service. For us older folks, you know what I’m saying. For the younger generation who can’t live without an iPhone; they used to sell bread by the loaf. You had to take it home and then slice it up yourself. I hope that you understand. Levy is the best!!

Mr. Mata was by far the most professional, courteous and helpful car salesman I’ve ever come across. We had an extremely tight budget and only one day to purchase a vehicle. We had done a little research online so had a list of 4 vehicles. Mr. Mata showed us each vehicle and the details for each. He went out of his way to go pick up a RAV4 that was not on the lot at that time. It was perfect and in our price range. The vehicle needed to go through maintenance and be detailed. Mr. Mata came into the dealership on his day off to make sure the vehicle was in perfect condition and we were happy. Will definitely go back to Glenwood Subaru the next time in need of a vehicle.

Long time local who bought an FJ from Bighorn a while back. FJ is aging and toying with the idea of a Forester or a Rav4. Drove 45 minutes to test drive both. Bernadette came out to the lot shortly after I got there. Had been hiking and not dressed the best so didn't know what kind of service I'd get. She was awesome. Super friendly. Gave me the lowdown on the Forester and went for a quick test drive. Good conversation and some great info. Didn't get the same service at bighorn unfortunately. For all those who are interested in a new Subaru, don't hesitate to drop in. Ask for Bernadette as well. Great experience. Thank you!!!

Like most people, the idea of going to a dealership and talking to car salespeople wasn't something I was looking forward to. But the whole process was stress free.

The staff worked as a team to help me anytime I had questions. Rachael, Jimmy, Ryan, and Chris made my first new car experience better than I could have hoped.
