Just called to switch out the tank. Told them how hard they are to deal with, and the great customer service rang out again NOT!!!!
The Lady replied the feeling is mutual. Wow great service.

This place is the worst !!!!
I purchased a house that already had there tank installed so I kept them. BIG MISTAKE
I would not recommend them for your Propane needs.
The lady who handles the Propane Accounts could care less if you are a customer or not.
Her Customer Service skills are the worst. Totally messed up my order when I signed up with them and now in the middle of winter who is stuck the customer.
I called the competitor and they were the friendliest. They actually wanted my business.
As soon as I can I will be switching.

Worst experience I have ever had with a utilities company. Charged me $400 security deposit just to get electricity at my apartment. Was promised I would get it back but I never did. I paid everything in full on autopay. Never thought I'd say this but Xcel is much more customer friendly.

Wow, nearly impossible to talk to a person at this place. I called to order a dishwasher earlier this week, called about ten times but could never get through to a person. I knew which model I wanted and was ready to buy, but no one to talk to. Finally, the operator went and physically got someone for me to talk to. Scheduled delivery for 11 AM on a weekday. I have a home business and I scheduled the installation for a time, no mention was made of a window, that wouldnt interfered with my business. They are now more than an hour late. I have called three time to reschedule the installation as it is too late today. Cant get through. I would love to cancel my order, but there dont seem to be any people there to talk to. They just lost a customer forever.

Very poor, I live on a property who's electric is supplied by these guys. Peirce Pepin of Ellsworth. I did not get the bill or a disconnect notice directly to my home. Went in today to pay my bill of around 275 when they said I was disconnected and to turn it back on would be 900 tomorrow and $1000 tonight! I was 5 days late. Then they gave me a list of charity numbers to call for help paying it! Are you kidding! They are giving out charity numbers such as salvation army to pay there own fees! Now I owe that money plus I'm at home with a child with no heat! Stay away if at all possible because they won't hesitate to take as much as they can from you. I don't need charity to pay it but dang this is evil. Stay away!

Sadly we have only had negative interactions with the Office. The Lineman are great but I think they need a lot more. A relative who works for a small power company in N. WI could not believe how old our lines are out on the street. So for the Very High prices you get, combative service at the office, old fragile lines, and slow service after storms due not enough Lineman. The COOP Model for power companies was pointless 4 or 5 decades ago.

Honestly if I could get a different electric company I would. The office workers are always rude and condescending, not to mention uneducated in what they're working with. I don't even want to get into how awful and overpriced they are. I can't wait until I can move out of their "territory." I'm thankful that I at least have other options for gas. The lady that you have to deal with for propane is not only rude but incompetent. I will not give them more money than I have to. They're facility charge is more than my electric bill was when I had xcel. If you have any option at all do NOT do business with this company.
