Hey, just wanted to share my experience with Popular Finance. I've been really disappointed with their service lately. ? They haven't reported to TransUnion since July and it's been such a hassle trying to find a solution. ? On top of that, they never pick up their phones and don't follow through on their promise to call back. ? It's been super frustrating! I just want to give others a heads up about my experience. ? Overall, not impressed with their customer service. ? Highly suggest finding a different lender!!!!! Only giving them one star just to post this!!!!!!!!!
