BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! From the moment I called ahead to my car being completed was a breeze. They showed me everything that was wrong and what was needed to correct it. I’m really big on staying informed and I usually have to ask for updates BUT NOT HERE!!!! They kept me posted on everything they did EVEN BEFORE THEY DID IT!! I loved it!!!! Not to mention the area was clean and AC was blowing!! Yes!! I will always come back for service from here on out. I appreciate everything they did and their friendliness toward their customers. Spencer (my car) and I are extremely happy and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and engine!

Save your time and your money. Just got a tuneup here not even a month ago & now my car is not starting. When I called to figure out what’s going on I was told that they did not do a diagnostic test - and that I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED ONE! I’m sorry I didn’t know I was suppose to be a mechanic & have mechanic knowledge. What a joke. I should have listened to the reviews when they told me not to go. But noooo

I came by precision tune on Watson in Warner robins Georgia yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised I received some of the best customer service I have in a very long time Jessica the manager took care of me personally she was very knowledgeable very helpful and she even had a smile such a small thing you don't even see anymore I wish I could give more than five stars because she is definitely a rockstar and I will be back thank you it's nice to know that customer service is not dead.

Called on Thursday to have oil pan replaced. She said bring it in in the morning, the earlier the better. Was there at 8:10am. They had it done in 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this place.

James and the Precision Auto Team did an excellent job. After waiting 4 days for another shop to diagnose the issue with my vehicle and they had to order parts, I called James and he promised to get the repair performed by the end of the day, which they did. Thanks Precision Auto Team!

I have had my car in their shop for about two weeks for a transmission job. The warranty people have already processed the payment plus I have already paid my deductible in advance. But they are fixing other vehicles before mines that came in after my vehicle but lying to me telling my car would be fixed on a certain day and when the day comes the call to tell me it’s another day and then when that day comes vehicle still not fixed. I’ve lost money about to lose my job because of this. Then I get told at 830am this morning they should have it ready. Roughly 4pm this afternoon call them and the lady tells me she sending the guy around to find a part from the dealership. It doesn’t take 8hrs. I will never ever use them again. They sounded so good with the talking but delivering the results didn’t happen. I will definitely not refer anyone to them . Because lying to a customer is the worse of the worse and will be looking for ways to getting all the loss days of work reimbursed. Don’t go to the one on Waston Blvd in Warner Robins !!!!
