I have been attempting for several years to have my husband do a bill pay, and even when I go to the credit union with him, they are unable to do anything!

Lo and behold Chelsea, the kind, caring, and persistent young lady on the phone. Took a lot of time , because she had to jump through hoops, but she got it done !

Chelsea deserves a giant raise ! Because of her alone, he will not be changing financial institutions, as we had planned!

I was referred to this credit union by my cousin not knowing what I was getting myself into. I haven't had a real bank account in over 11 years just didn't trust them. After applying for a checking account for myself they made it so easy and simple that I opened an account for my daughter as well with the payback program. Not only did I do that I needed to get out of the car I was in. Which was hurting me more than helping. From the first call to the bank to set up my account it was pleasant. Logan was AWESOME he was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly able to get me the best and lowest APR for another car. He also helped me get a great warranty/gap for it as well. A whole lot less than what I would've spent at the dealership. I am pleased with my purchase and the ease of doing business with this bank was phenomenal. They made the process so smooth quick and painless if I had to I would do it all over again. It has been nothing but a blessing from day 1. Thank you Prestige and Logan!
