En todas las aplicaciones tienen el horario mal puesto y cuando uno llega al sitio tienen un papel con el horario que ellos quieren tener y cuando uno le pregunta ellos dicen que no están a cargo de los horarios esa es la sencilla respuesta no sé es algo como que perjudica a los Costumer

Este señor que voy a mostrar en foto ...trabaja en tradeport dr ,es el ser más grosero ,muy poco profesional para atender a clientes y para dar una buena imagen de lo que esperamos del personal de usps,deberían de revisar las cámaras de lo ocurrido ayer en tradeport dr ...espero que alguien le interese y quiera hacer su trabajo,yo confío en el sistema

I being a member of this credit union for years and they had always being very competent and responsive. They do not charge for every service like many others do and they are very customer service oriented. All the employees are very Professional but Marie goes the extra mile. She is so knowledgeable and capable. Sometimes four of us can stand online at the same time and she cleans the line so fast that the wait it's minimum plus we all leave with a smile. I love this bank.

Today at the Post Office location, Mattie was such a great help to me and helped save my day ! These days it is rare to see customer service go above and beyond, but she did, and I am so appreciative for such a great person.

My husband and I (a retired Postal employee after 38 yrs.) used to go to the Michigan office - but since Yolando went out to Tradeport - and since we have had her at both the locations (starting with the Federal Postal Credit Union ( where we used to get Loyalty perks) to now the Priority Credit Union) for over 35 years. We would like you to know that Yolanda is the most proficient, accurate, competent, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and helpful employee. I see where others have said they don't answer the phone - well she at the Tradeport office does or if you leave a message she will get back to you instantly. Maybe the Michigan office should take lessons from her. We are only giving you a 5 star rating, because of Yolanda - and she needs to be recognized for her JOB WELL DONE! Gerald & Barbara Reimer
