I like PFS been with them since 2017 called in to make a payment today and they now charge a processing fee that started 2 weeks ago I was never notified of the change that there is a processing fee to make payment via online or over the phone now. new staff members are not as friendly as the previous ones I dealt with before. Was told I can go to cvs with a barcode due to health issues I don't drive. I never had a barcode always made my payment online. No instructions on how to get a barcode was give. Anyway to get extra money I see not right in my opinion

I can't say enough about how awesome PFS is. somehow I missed a payment, and they called to check if I needed any help, they were very polite and helpful. I will always use PFS on any of my future car loans.

PFS was a GREAT company to finance my vehicle with! I’m sincerely leaving this review to THANK the staff, and to encourage others to finance with PFS also. PFS was willing to help when my vehicle needed a major unexpected repair and that helped so much in many ways! The staff wasn’t pushy/belittling when I needed payments adjusted, and they were very cordial and accommodating every time I conversed with them. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! Don’t be afraid to talk to them. They will find the best way to help you. I absolutely will finance my next vehicle with them because they made (what can be) a scary process easy and got me to success of paying off my vehicle. THANK YOU PFS AND STAFF!

Horrible place to get a loan through. Some staff are rude and argumentative. They'd rather see you fail than actually pay your vehicle off. I had a way better experience with United Auto Credit. I paid my vehicle off with UAC. They are very nice and helpful. PFS, barely wants to help if you get into any kind of bind. I did pay my loan off by selling to CarMax, and got to put money in my pocket as well. CarMax as well as other places such as Carvana are great alternative if issue arise and you need to sell. My credit is great and I'm thrilled to be finished with PFS.

These people are great. As long as you maintain contact with them when there's a problem, you follow the terms of your contact, (keep your insurance), and pay your payment, they're easy to work with. My late fee is $16 and you have a 10 day Grace period after your due date to not be charged any late fees at all. Anyone complaining about them, didn't fulfill their obligations and are mad because they think they're entitled to more.

The absolute worst lender. They will hit you with outrageous fees if you are even a day late, ignore your calls when you try to get any answers, and feed you bad information until they finally just try to repossess your vehicle if you have any late balance after 30 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read any review you find, not one positive review. After unfortunately using them my fiancé read the reviews only to see that they all had the same insane problems as her. I only gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to give 0.

Got a loan through them and had my car for about a year and some odd months. I just ended up voluntairly surrendering my vehicle because they tacked on an additional $150 "collateral insurance" because my insurance lapsed for a month. When i asked if it could be removed, i was told not unt december 2019. So im expected to pay my car payment, insurance PLUS collateral insurance? They are horrible! Not gonna mention names, but me and one of their office workers always got into it on the phone. I'm very glad i ridded myself of this big headache!

I'm two years into my three year loan, and I've had no problems with this lender. They're courteous, professional, and always willing to answer questions. Couldn't ask for more. Just make your payments on time and keep insurance. Seems simple to me
