The Florence branch manager, Becky, is the sweetest, most attentive woman I've met when it comes to customer service. She's always greeted me with a smile and is never annoyed when I have had to come into the bank every day for an entire week. I had an issue with debit card fraud just recently, and Becky was immediately on the phone doing what she had to do and was very responsive with any replies she made with me. She was informative with what steps I had to take next in that type of situation. I was credited the amount that was fraudulently charged back to my account within the next week! There isn't an ATM or a drive-thru, and they are closed on Saturdays. The Florence branch is a nice, quiet little bank with most of the benefits a typical credit union has to offer.
