Tiene muy buena ubicación, rodeado de parques naturales.
Las habitaciones están bien para pasar una noche.
Les costó encontrar nuestra reserva por que habían cambiado de propietario y sistema de gestión ya hace unos meses, pero el gerente nos resolvió el problema y en castellano en cuanto se dio cuenta que eramos españoles, cosa que durante nuestro viaje nos pasó muy pocas veces aun que lo hablasen y es de agradecer cuando surgen problemas así.
El desayuno muy justo.
La limpieza bien.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt special – their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and provided a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Truly a gem!

Very uncomfortable beds,like sleeping on plywood with 1 inch of cotton padding.
Pillows sux too.
Upstairs rooms are horrible,
Downstairs a little better.
Air conditioning unit is programed to work for about 5 minutes then shuts off,it's the save electricity and burn the paying customers scam all the cheap hotels are doing.
The breakfast is the usual standard fake food as expected.
The only good thing is that the rooms are clean but the fake new flooring is coming up.
Has refrigerator and a microwave.
I've stayed here about 6 times traveling for work and it keeps getting more uncomfortable.
This would be an ok room if they got better beds and pillows.
Definitely only a 3.8 rating room that's way over priced too.

Positive: Though rated at 2.5 stars, I found it to be a strong 3.5. Clean room, clean towels, coffee maker in room, TV worked easily. Heater was fast to respond to the cold empty room in January. Negative: The fake wood floors were separated. Could have been a tripping hazard. Needed to be filled in or replaced. Though an older hotel, the bathroom counter top was updated and clean. Very nice.

I'm not sure if all rooms were like mine in 124. I can tell whoever owns this place has a great design vision and the contractor plus previous tenants just ruined it. Bathroom light not centered to mirror, flooring not installed correctly so water damage bubbled it, plumbing situation above in bathroom shower.

Customer service was good, breakfast was decent. I want to leave helpful tips but I know the owner is probably just financially wrecked from probably mostly whoever they hired to renovate so they probably have to skimp.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Ants in both beds. Hair in the shower. Bathtub had water in it that you have to stick your hand into pull the drain plug. While using shower bathtub fills with water. dim stairway and hallway looks like room paid by the hour. No handicap parking
