These guys know what they are doing. They say it’ll take an hour and that’s what it takes. They don’t try to upsell you they just tell you what you could use or even let you know that they can price match what you find. We’ve had great service every time we’ve come here for our services. Very pleased with how clean the shop is and their good customer service.

Both my husband and I have purchased vehicle tires at this location. The service recently provided for a bulging tire purchased in Sept of last year was very kind considerate and the company went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely.
We choose this location for our vehicle’s tires on the Kenai Peninsula, AK!!👍

My 71 year old mother made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get her oil changed and have her winter tires put on her vehicle. That appointment was today at 3:00 pm. She dropped her car off and I took her shopping and out to dinner. We returned around 5:30 PM to have your so called service writer/manager tell my mother they didn't get to her scheduled appointment because they had to many walk-ins drop off vehicles. She was however welcome to leave her vehicle and pick it up sometime tomorrow. This is another example of substandard customer service. You should be embarrassed to have so called supervisors that are clueless to basic customer service skills and scheduling procedures.

Worst service and arrogant, incompetent! left truck at eight in the morning, was greeted with a guy that immediately turned his back to me and walked into the shop! Then I called 4hrs later and they never answered phone for nearly two hours, had to drive over and was greeted by the desk guy eating pizza and said he had to answer the phone, I got testy and said I had been trying to call for two hours only to be interrupted and told he had to answer the phone! I became irritated and used a few choice words! And was confronted by an aggressive tire changer who started yelling at me! I told them give me the keys I will go somewhere else! BEWARE!!! Don’t expect good service because good service isn’t expensive, it priceless
