We stayed in the room with a "pullout" bed in the couch... it was like a futon, not a queen size bed like advertised. It wouldn't accommodate a person over 5ft. Thr ventilation was not appropriate for thr bathroom, there was mold that had been painted over. There had what appeared to be urine on the wall between toilet and shower like someone (most likely a male) that sprayed the wall with urine. I do have photos of this. When turning on the "fart fan" it doesn't do anything other than smell like it may catch on fire. TV remote didn't work even when we tried 2 separate remotes. We were stuck with Disney channel. We needed to be able to watch the weather since we were placed under a tornado warning. We asked where we would be taking shelter for said warning, only to be told "I don't know and I will have to call the GM to ask".
My boyfriend proceeded to discuss the issues we had already addressed the night before during check out, and we're told no notes had been made on the account/room.. so obv we weren't going to waste anymore time trying to voice the issues anymore.

idk about you, but.... I would like to survive a tornado.. and would like to know where I could take cover even as an employee especially since there had been so many tornadoes rolling through through the last few days. Mobile area had 3 in 24 hrs. I will get the photos uploaded from my boyfri3nds phone here shortly.

If you just need somewhere to sleep, and don't care about mild or gross bathrooms, and don't care if the TV works or not...

Room was accommodating for a one night stay while we were in town for a wedding. Front desk attendant was pleasant. Waffle House next door for anytime dining needs. Close to many other restaurants and shopping if needed.

Go for the fun, the rooms are nice, the staff are courteous and the breakfast is decent.

The only problems I had was #1 the tub looked kind of dirty. It's not a deal breaker because I always clean the tub when I get a hotel room rather it's dirty looking or squeaky clean. #2 The room door looks unsecured. After closing it and latching it, I could still see light through the door and it had a little free play in it. I reported it to the staff. Other than that everything else was great. The staff is amazing and breakfast was great.

I've stayed last minute twice now. I was relaxed and well taken care of by the staff. The room are very clean and nice. I adore the white comforter. Thank you.
