Called to take my car in for 2 recalls explained that the airbag light had just come on and I have a 2-year-old and am currently 4 months pregnant and want to make sure this car is safe to drive. They told me that was part of the recall and don't worry about it they will fix it, said it would take 7-10 days for the part to come in for the recall. I finally called them after 11 days to see if the part can in, which it had. I set up an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 in the morning, I dropped it off everything was fine. I had to call a little after 3pm to see if the car was ready, I was told after 4pm it would be, and they close at 4:30. I get there at 4:15 to pick my jeep up, that's when I was told that the shop foreman made note the car came in with the airbag light on and it could either be driver side squib or clock spring. I said I was told this was part of the recall; the service counter person (Bradley) told me it was not, I explained my conversation with when I originally called, he did not care. I said OKAY then can you tell me why the light is still on if its not part of the recall, he explained he didn't know, and it would cost $250 for the test. I said i need this to be a safe vehicle for my 2 year old. I also said why didn't anyone call me since you had my car since 8:20am and I am just hearing about it now at 4:15pm at pick up. Can not believe I was lied to and not contacted at all about how to fix this, when it's our family car. Totally unprofessional now I remember why I never came here and would drive further for another Jeep dealership. Nothing but headache and excuses there.

I recently took my car here to get my radio replaced and ABS sensor replaced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I worked with Kevin and he is amazing! All the staff were very talkative even though I only worked with him! Kevin kept me informed, gave me helpful tips, stayed in contact, etc…. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs and maintenance in detail, ensuring I understood everything before proceeding. The service was completed promptly, and my car now runs smoother than ever. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable waiting area that has a nice charging station, water machine and coffee, this has made the short wait time even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in need of reliable and efficient car servicing. It will be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for ! I did come with an extended warranty that was about to expire in a few days and that process ran smoother than the other shop I went to in the past. They truly exceeded my expectations. I will say, only thing I couldn’t stand was the fact that I could hardly ever get in contact with them on the phone that should be corrected! Even though that part was very frustrating I still remained calm and respectful because getting upset and disrespectful is just not the route you wanna take if you really want good service sometimes.

My family and I had the greatest experience at reedman toll! From even before walking in, the phone calls and everything was seamless! Kevin Alom helped us out and ordered us the car we wanted: 3 days later the exact car, Kevin located & picked it up for us! I’ve had 10 cars in my life & this was the easiest and best experience I’ve had at a dealership!!! Thank you so much!
