Terrible experience, cannot state this more expressly. Lender will not respond to emails, did not take application seriously, and made it abundantly clear, that unless you are exceedingly wealthy, you will not be given any opportunity to own a home in today's market, especially with this lending branch. Cost the ability to make an offer on a home now under contract.

Use caution, and diligent research before using/applying with this lender.
