Mr. Pierce explained what his company and will do for me. He didn't waste my time or try to sell me more than what I needed. He even set up services to fix interior damage done by another roofing company. Mr. Pierce set up financing soI can afford this new roof on my teacher salary. One week from sitting down with Mr. Pierce I have a beautiful new roof. His worked removed all trash and debris. I am so happy.

The service was great as mentioned but the paper work side is subpar. I was given a plain invoice stated the word Roof Job and the price. No product information, warranty info, or customer service info if problem persist in the future. I feel ignored after requesting for these document several times. I guess they care about the sale only. I would not recommend this company.
