I needed a car that is reliable and within my budget. I looked around and I felt as if I was being ripped off. I was extremely lucky and glad I ended up in this business. They had great car selections and I fell in love with a Mercedes they had. They were straight forward with the price and I appreciated their honesty on saving me time and money. I'm completely satisfied and would defiantly recommend to all my friends and family. Ask for Max the manager who will make you happy I guarantee it!

Didn't complete any of the work agreed upon in contract for a "deal" on a truck I bought from here. They seem sincere but are utterly unavailable whenever you ask for anything. Do not trust them, as the vehicle they sold had over a thousand dollars of hidden costs for repair needed after they lied about working on it.

Contacted two different people there about the condition of vehicle they had up for sale and warranty options on a particular vehicle. I live a few hours away and wanted to make sure the trip would be worth it. I did not want to get there and be disappointed about something they could have told me & I didn't see in the fuzzy photos of the car. So, I got told about the warranty only, but ignored by both persons about the car's condition. Any sales person not willing to divulge that type of information is not worth the time doing business with. I would not do business with this type of sketchy response to someone who was interested in spending thousands to buy a car from them. I'm surprised I even got a text back, because half of it was just blatantly ignored.

Run far away. RUN! I'm currently taking them to court because they are shady business people! They sold me a car with broken valve covers that they tries to conceal with jb weld. Caused so many problems and thousands in repairs. They didn't do anything to help even though I was under warranty. They're nice when selling you the car but then become the devil himself once there's a problem or inquiry you have. Very rude and WILL curse you out; I have voice recordings. You have been warned. They are so bad that they ignored BBB when trying to mediate, so now let's see if they ignore a court summons too. Please people, don't make the mistake I did.

THEY CLAIM MY REVIEW IS FALSE BUT PLEASE GOOGLE THEIR BBB RATING. FACTS DONT LIE !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY FINANCE THE CAR AND THEN CALL YOU BACK DAYS LATER ASKING FOR MORE MONEY AND WHEN YOU DONT BUDGE THEY SAY THEY "PAID FOR YOU". LOL JOKESSS. I GOT OUT OF THAT DEAL SUPER QUICK.

P.s. I have never stepped foot in Long Island since August 2016. I went to them one time in the end of July for an issue with wiring not service and to replace the metal on metal brakes they sold me the car with. So joke on Wally, joke on.
