I tell you what, these gentlemen know a thing or two about customer service and everything about vehicles!! And not only that they go a step above. So he brought my part out to me after they already repaired it and told me everything that had gone wrong. He gave me a quote. He did not exceed that amount. He explained to me that my system May burp going down the road but not to worry about it because it's supposed to do that. They even washed my car before returning it to me. They will receive all of the business I ever have in Canon City. And as a female I'm always leery about going into an automotive building by myself... I never got that feeling. I was never treated that way. This is 100% professional... Hey single ladies, if you're looking for a place you can trust, this is it!!

I walked in and asked what they were asking for a vehicle out on their lot and the dude was cool and took a minute to look it up and gave me pricing. That was the extent of my experience there. Not much of an experience to give a review other than to say they do not give off the high pressure vibe at all. If I see another vehicle out on the lot I'll definitely inquire within. Give them a shot and see for yourself

Great bunch of people and professionals. My truck broke down twice in the past 6 weeks. They made time to get me in for repairs. They also identified potential problem(s) and fixed them too. Very pleased with them.

Save yourself from a financial nightmare these guys will get you in. My wife bought an 06 Hummer from these guys in which she is still making payments but no longer has because of their shady mechanics and business practices. A week ago my family and I planned on going on vacation we brought the Hummer into them for a tune up. The Hummer went in healthy and came out in bad condition. The day we took my wife's car to them it had no engine light on and was running fine no problems. The day we get it back there is an engine light on and the engine is running really rough at 50 miles per hour plus. We bring it back and inform them of these problems they do not check out or investigate what could be causing these problems. They code it Chris gives us this fantastical tale about how the cam position sensors shifted causing the engine light to come on gives us a clean bill of health on the car tells us to go on our vacation. We break down in grand junction. We call them tell them what happened they take no responsibility and blame it on us for not checking the oil. Did you not bill us $400 plus dollars to make sure there was no leaks, to make sure there was fluids in the right places and enough of them, on top of whatever else a tune up entails? The last time I check you were the mechanics, the last time I check we paid you to check out what you blame us for not doing, the last time I check the Hummer has no real issues until we brought it to you for a tune up. How convenient that something catastrophic happens to the car after you all work on it and the extended warranty expired in March. My wife and I owe 8k on it still and it still stranded in grand junction we are struggling with away to get it home it very well maybe sitting in a tow yard for all we know. Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of these crooks. It will save you a lot of heart ache and money or don't and let these guys take it to you like they did us. BEWARE OF ROYAL GORGE AUTO!!! 2 days after this post was made my wife call them to find out what they are gonna do about the situation they replied we were gonna set you up with a new vehicle and get the Hummer towed but because of your husband post we decided not too. Claiming it was her fault she didn't check the oil that oil changes aren't part of a tune up. Folks this is why you shouldn't bring your car too them. They don't even know what's included in a basic tune up. If they had all this planned for my wife they would of kept in contact. They didn't i.e. I am writing this post. It is ok Colorado legal services has already accepted this case so in the end it will be her that has the last laugh. Again BEWARE OF ROYAL GORGE AUTO!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

If it was up too me they would get a 10. They're super friendly and respectful. They attend to your needs and they work with you on payments if it's over the limit you can pay. Also they have vehicles that you can buy or lease. I can't express my gratitude for these guys. I love you guys and I'll continue to go there for everything a car needs worked on or tires or oil change. Call em up and check it out.

Have heard great things about this dealership, but once I was approved for a vehicle, the finance staff member left the office for the day. They are only open Monday-Friday 9-5. I was starting a new job and not able to go back during business hours to purchase a car.
