The conditions in this hotel are unacceptable. The room is infested with bed bugs, as evident from the photos provided, and the level of cleanliness is shockingly poor. It’s appalling to encounter such unsanitary conditions. I kindly requested a refund due to these serious issues, but my request was unreasonably denied.

I must inform you that I will be reporting this matter to the local health department and the Better Business Bureau to ensure that no one else endures such a terrible experience. Furthermore, I will be posting reviews on all major platforms to inform other potential guests about these issues. This is a serious health and safety violation, and I expect immediate action to address this matter.

You have no privacy. They want to clean your room even with you in it. If you use your own towels & not their’s they will say you stole their towels. They ban everyone from the property for no reason & will make you leave last minute. No visitors allowed, not even family. Certainly need new owners & a better way of running the place.

Very renovated. I stayed 5 nights.
No smells, new carpet, new bed, new everything. I advise anyone reading this to Consider this model. Forget any motels on Washington Rd. They're stinky especially heritage and super 8.
The only recommendation is breakfast, they should add coffee machine in rooms

This place was so terrible, they said they had a spa, and they did not , the owners we're rude they are all family so they were all in cahoots they were so rude we had to call Expedia and have them refund our money because the place was a lie all the things online that were posted about this hotel we're not legit , I'm not just A mad customer, I am a civilian who was trying to pay for a room and was lied to about their amenities and when asking about it they get defensive and want to refuse to give you your money back until Expedia comes in calls them and tells them that they have to

The hotel is a remodeled motel from the 1960's. Stayed there for one night during the Masters. A fine, budget option for one night. Bed was actually very comfortable and appeared new. Clean bathroom and carpets. Small tv, good mini-fridge.|It will do.

I am currently staying at the Royal Inn. And it's anything but Royal. There's a couple in the next room that sounds like they're fighting. And nobody's doing anything about it. I can hear their screaming all in my room. It's absolutely horrible hearing their quarrel. Also, their wifi doesn't work. The curtain on my room window is full of holes. My bathroom window is a piece of plastic, that's loose in its frame. I could keep going, but just trust me when I say, save your money and stay far far away from this hotel

Two stars. One for the cleanliness of the room the other for the comfort of the bed and fluffy pillows. The staff went through my room while I was gone and reset my air conditioner to suit their desires. DON'T PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR ELSE THEY WILL PROBABLY WRONGLY CHARGE YOU FOR A LATE CHECKOUT because at 10 am sharp there is a man recording you on his phone banging on your door calling CHECK OUT and he comes back every few minutes to harass you until you go to the door and remind him that their website said CHECKOUT IS AT 10:30. Go somewhere else and spend your money at a place that will respect your privacy by not recording you, not reset your air conditioner and lock it's function to suit their desires, and won't harass you for trying to use the bathroom in peace before checkout.
