Sal is amongst the best in the business. I have closed many transactions with Sal would highly recommend him as a lender to work worth. Sal is the ultimate professional when it comes to real estate and mortgage. I worked with Sal in 2003 to purchase my first home and he was very professional and explained all the details and steps along the way. He and his team did all the preparations and all i had to do was review and sign. Also back in 2003 he predicted the housing bubble would pop in 5 years, he was off by 2 years. He researches everything and is on top of all the rule changes, laws and bills currently being debated in congress. I purchased my 2nd home in North Carolina and he assembled a team of agents and bankers to make my transaction seamless. He can always be reached via email and reply's back with a quick answer, if your email is not answered quickly, he is probably researching for a complete answer.
