Mala experiencia con este banco me dieron una tarjeta de debito bajo la Promoción de que al tercer mes de recibir depósitos directos me darían un bonus de 300 dólares lo cual nunca ocurrió a pesar de haber cumplido sus condiciones, fui al banco y hable con Jan el supervisor y me dijo que el no sabe nada de promociones y que el solo podría mandar un mail a la persona que me dio la targeta y me dijo que viniera a hablar con la manager, viene el día que me indicaron y la manager no pudo o no quiso verme, nadie se hace responsable y hay una falta tremenda de comunicación entre los empleados, yo se que 300 dolares no me van a convertir en más pobre o más rico pero ko se me hace justo que quieran atraer a gente con trampas y mentiras que al final no van a cumplir hacen que pierda mi tiempo recibiendo excusas de todos los niveles de jerarquía en el banco al final solo me lanzaron la frase de: "espera 3 días haber si alguien le da seguimiento a su peticion"

Just want to give a huge THANK YOU and shout out to MARIA M., Branch Manager of the Credit Union.
We went there for the very first time, and she assisted us in such a kind, patient, and professional way. AMAZING customer service. Very positive attitude, super helpful, and explained everything in detail. She is very hands-on and made sure all our questions were answered.
She truly deserves all the credit and recognition for her service. I will definitely come back to this branch and I recommend her 1000%!

DO NOT recommend this credit union to anyone. Horrible service and no response to service issues. They have a call center that doesnt have full access to account for questions and will not connect you to the bank. Says they will call within 1 day and I got NO RESPONSE! Called again and same thing! Do I have to go into the bank to fix the issue which is an inconvenience! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

If you work with homesquad for any reason for an equity loan or Heloc they will blame signin on technical difficulties even if it's to no fault to you. Then they would have you pay more for a process they can't fix and as the client you can't mitigate in anyway. This is my second time trying with homesquad and for some reason you and the client have to stay on top of techncial difficulties of their application. Also, if your closing have it on a week day I don't understand why they had my closing on a Saturday when people won't be in the office. Save yourself the trouble and always close on a weekday so you can get a hold of an agent to fix things if your having issues with signing document.

I have loved banking at SFFCU. The staff is available and responsive. There is also a level of conviviality and neighborhood goodwill that we haven't found elsewhere. We started banking at SFFCU because we were fed up with Chase and the bureaucratic treatment we'd experienced there. It's been a breath of fresh air!
