My experience was great!! Warren was very helpful and informative when it came to answering all my questions. We found a very nice and well-priced vehicle and received excellent service! After getting home, we noticed a couple of things on the vehicle that needed attention. We called David, and he took great care of us! We live 3 hours away, and Sapphire was so accommodating so we could get everything done efficiently and conveniently. We are very happy! Bought a Caddie from them. It was the best experience I had in a long time buying a car. Friendly Staff and the can find you a loan when NoOne Else will. I got a 2010 CTS4 3.6 but just had it upgraded to the V as of today. I have driven this car from the West to East coast and from Canada to Florida. I recommend anyone that needs a car to go see them.

Just bought a car from David two days ago, it was a GMC sierra with 100,000 miles for $24,000. Told me the car runs great and it was put through rigorous inspection. everything was good on the engine and transmission according to him and now two days later the transmission is slipping and the check engine light just came on. I’m pretty sure the guy that he said was out there programming the remote control was actually turning the check engine light off. That was just my assumption at the time. Nonetheless I bought the warranty for $1600 and they say there is a 3000 mile or three month warranty with the car. I Reached out to David this morning and he seemed eager to help which was reassuring, he told me I have the warranty to cover any issues an I can bring it to any acc certified mechanic. we will see if the warranty is a scam an they ironically won’t be able to fix any issues. Hopeful that it works out though. I will update my experience as I go through this process.
