Every time I come to schoolsfirst they are always friendly and kind at every location. Today at this location I had a amazing kind welcoming from Sam and Mike ended up being the one who took care of me for my credit card. People clearly love their job at Schools first and everyone has an amazing smile. Thank you so much for your kindness and overwhelming help Mike and Sam.

All the bankers here are very friendly and willing to help new members sign up for the credit union. I was helped by Mike and Robert and they provided excellent customer service. In order to be eligible for this credit union you have to work in a school district or have family members that work for a school district.

Funny How when you have been using this bank and have loans that you have have religiously paid and ask for help then they hit you with were sorry but you have limited payment history and we don't care that you have made payments early or that you have been on time that doesn't matter so if you need a bank thats got your back and sees the effort you put forth in making payments and see you as a person and not a number or a statistic this bank isnt the pbe you want to use my mother has been paying here loans from day one we went down there in November to pay what we owed to open the account but to them these things dont matter because she is untrustworthy and the payments she has made mean nothing so please dont use this bank and find one that treats you like a person not a statistic

Unless you want to be racially profiled don’t go to this bank… been banking here for afew years and never was asked to see my 2 forms of ID to deposit money into my account.. and the reason Ana the teller asked was cause she’s never seen me there before yet I do my banking here afew times a month… looks like I won’t be returning here I’ll bank somewhere else

To say that I was blown away by Schools First customer service would be an understatement. When I first opened my account, I was hesitant. I had never done business with a credit union before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not only was I warmly greeted upon entering, they maintained this attention throughout my visit and for each subsequent visit thereafter. I was helped by four people in total for each of my needs, and each teller was just as kind and welcoming and knowledgeable as the last. I am supremely impressed with Schools First and look forward to working with them in the future.

Small location for the branch. But everything is is smartly placed. All the associates are super kind and willing to answer any questions! The machine that you can use to change coins is in the back. It is in good working order and I was able to change all my coins in under 20 minutes!
