I like this place a lot. I feel like I have spent a lot of money here in the last year and the prices on Pokémon have gone from great to decent. I've had some instances where there is limits on how much I can get to be fair to customers which I respect. However, I have amassed quite a few points over the year and I've bought boxes without asking the price first. I've got some examples where a friend of mine bought a box, two days later I buy the same product and use my $25 off credits and ended up paying the same price. That one hits me in my feels a bit to see the 1k credits disappear and pay the same he did two days before. That said...got monster hits, and I usually get very good stuff from the store. Additionally, the employees are very down to earth and friendly (Conor and Jorge are fantastic). Very fun spot to hang out.

Edit: 5 stars, I went to the store and price difference was sorted out. Wish I could give 6 stars now. Thank you for the service you provide to the community.

I haven’t been in this store for a couple years. I don’t know if in that time there has been ownership or management changes as this place has really gone down hill! Upon walking in the store smelled like B.O. the shelves were messy and unorganized. The product selection for Magic The Gathering was horrible. The one staff member seemed dazed and was very inattentive. The people in the gaming area looked like they rolled out of bed and decided to forsake looking presentable and just roll with it. I’ve done several pre-release MTG events in the past and the store posted signs about the importance of hygiene as many gamers are known for not bathing on a regular basis. Have some self respect for yourself and others, no one wants to show up to an event and have to play someone who hasn’t bathed that week and endure your nasty stench. This store use to be a great place for product and casual game play and I hope they fix these issues as I’ve read several similar reviews like this one.

Have gone here a few times with my son and husband who love Pokémon! This place really gives you good deals and sells quality products! I have been to other local stores and waisted my money where booster packs have clearly been resealed. I truest feel like I can trust this store and that they aren’t just in it for the money and to rip people off, like that other local store I mentioned above…. My son is 9 and loves to talk about the cards and all of the employees have been so patient and have really treated my son like he was one of them and not like he was just some random kid! We have had great luck with all of our purchases from this store and we look forward to selling it trading some of our new cards with them soon! Huge thank you to the staff of this store for being honest and reliable and treating your customers with respect! Keep up the good work. And for all the negative comments on here, don’t believe what you read! Go in and see the place for yourself and buy some of their products! They will speak for themselves!

You’d think open signs and unlocked doors mean a business is open. You’d be wrong. Nice to know I am not welcome here….

Edit to respond: First, when the OPEN sign is lit, and the OPEN sign on the door is flipped to open, and the door is unlocked- I don’t usually check Google Maps for the business’s hours.
Second, if someone spoke up as soon as I walked in, that would be different. I had been browsing for 2-3 min before I was told the store had closed for the night.
Third, saying “Sorry, we’re closed” and acknowledging that the store shows signs of being open would have avoided the “you don’t belong here” attitude I received.

Went in last month for some supplies for my daughters 4th grade Alamo project. The guy there was friendly and offered us some help and gave us a few pointers as we have never done any sort of diorama . He was really knowledgeable and helpful. My Daughter, wife and I worked on it together over the past month and I think we have a new hobby . We will be back !

Great place to get Trading Cards for several games; Lorcana, Magic the Gathering, Digimon, Pokémon, One Piece. You can also get deck boxes, and card sleeves like Dragon Shield and Katana. Has large section of miniatures for both Dungeons and Dragons, and Warhammer 40k!

Pathetic selection of games, disorganized shelves that are falling apart, and unwelcoming, unhelpful staff. I walked around browsing shelves full of boxes that looked to be simply tossed onto them without any rhyme or reason. For a gaming store, their selection of games is abysmal unless you're looking for Warhammer. Anyone looking for anything beyond that will have better luck elsewhere.
