We one thousand times recommend Semper Fi Critter Guys and are so grateful for Steven and all of the work he provided for us! We started hearing some sounds in our attic and tried to remove the issue ourselves (humanely), but we needed a professional. We went online to find someone who would do the same and through great reviews, we found Steven.
We called him around 7pm on Monday night expecting to leave a voice mail but he answered! We told him the issue and he said he would be out the next day.
Steven came out and took his time to review everything and produce a game plan for us. Something very important to us is communication and Steven was happy to explain his process to remove and prevent future intrusions.
Fast forward to why Steven went beyond...
We have had roofing issues with a specific company for a couple of years now (leaking issues) to the point to where they just did not want to complete the job that was promised. They even tried to void a warranty claiming the work done by Steven was causing the issues we have been experiencing for years. Steven was (and did) willing to jump on a call and speak to them about the work he completed, and Steven even worked at the same time as the roofers so they could see that his work was done correctly and professionally.
The roofing Company have now retracted their statement and it is all because of Steven.
Where some contractors provide mediocre services and willing to take your money and leave, Steven provides quality service and exceptional customer service.

From day one, I was impressed with Steven’s attention to detail, and how much he truly cared about getting the job done right. He was honest and ultra-professional throughout. We called Steven to help with a rodent problem. He was incredibly responsive, and able to start extermination processes right away. Steven was fantastic about explaining his service, completing thorough inspections, closing off of entry points, trapping, and commiserating when we had some pesky stragglers that kept trying to outsmart us all! In addition, he was incredibly courteous, kind, prompt, and truly cared about humane removal. I highly recommend Steven for any of your extermination needs and would use him again in a heartbeat (but hope we never need to!)
