Great experience with fast, reliable service! We called, and they showed up the same day—something we had trouble with other companies. Aaron was professional, clearly explained the issues with our unit, and worked with us on a replacement. He was also very patient and friendly with my curious three-year-old. Ernie and Carlos were excellent during the installation, professional and courteous, and took the time to walk us through the new unit and its features. Highly recommend them for any AC needs!

Very professional and they made it within the time frame that they gave us for our service appointment. They did an excellent job on the annual maintenance of our A/C units. We have never experienced a problem with them. I would recommend Semper Fi to anyone that needs an affordable and reliable heating and air conditioning company.

I wouldn’t recommended to anybody I know, I bought the cheapest unit they had. I was the understanding of a 10 year warranty parts and labor from then. They have to pay extra for that. I think all together I got sold a bag of stuff I really didn’t need and every time I call them they don’t return my call, very unhappy, they use a lot of sup contractors to do some work ? And the cost was ridiculous, but that’s my fault. I signed the contract.

Was scheduled between 1-4,showed up around 2, called and let me know he was 15 minutes away. Showed up and was polite and professional, inspected my unit and gave recommendations and prices on new( was thinking about replacement anyway). Gave good information that I didn't know, even on financing. I highly recommend this company, as a former Marine myself, I feel they uphold the standard expected from a veteran owned company with the name Semper Fi.

Kyle, the service tech arrived on time and proceeded to do inspection on my air conditioner was very professional and helpful with some of the concerns I had.He inspected the handler in the attic. Asked if I had any other concerns. Finished job and cleaned up after. Very pleased with Kyle’s work .

We recently had a new AC systems installed (air handler and AC unit). Everyone from the Technician (Dave) who came out on a Sunday, one hour after I scheduled a last minute appointment, to the installers who installed the system, and even the girls who helped schedule the appointment, were all so nice, polite and professional! After the work was complete, the installers left a nice clean work area, which I appreciate! Semper Fi will be my go to for any heating and cooling issues in the future!

Same day service appreciated. Our air was only blowing room temperature air, not cool - not good in Phoenix!! A technician came out the same day and assisted with replacing a part and cleaning the coils and we were back up in running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable tech.

We were referred to another company by my warranty company. It was a nightmare but Semper Fi made me feel so at ease and like my problems were being addressed- will definitely be using them in the future !
