I had an amazing experience purchasing my new CX-70 PHEV at
Sill-TerHar Mazda, thanks to Gavin! From the start, he took the time to explain the benefits of a PHEV and why this vehicle was the perfect fit for my lifestyle. One of the biggest factors in my decision was the available incentives, and Gavin made sure I understood all my options.

What really stood out was how quickly he was able to get me the exact car I wanted, complete with all the accessories I had in mind. Even after the purchase, Gavin was incredibly helpful—he walked me through all the features and buttons inside the vehicle and was always quick to respond when I had follow-up questions.

This dealership felt professional and welcoming—definitely not the typical “hungry sharks” you find elsewhere. The whole process was smooth and pressure-free, making it a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future purchases!

Had a great experience even though I didn't buy the car. The Homero, and the whole sales crew was really nice. Let me test drive two cars, calmly explained all the costs and benefits of both. Let me think through all the options calmly without pressure. I ended up finding a lightly used version of the car I test drove, and in the perfect color, somewhere else, And even then, the Sill-TerHar crew were gracious and congratulated me on my purchase. There was zero pressure and really nice customer service. I now own two Mazda's which I will continue to service at Sill-TerHar.

Highly recommend!!!! My car was stolen a few months ago, and whoever stole it did something with the electronic equipment in the car and made it a huge hassle to connect a new key. Martin and the technician team worked for months on my car, gave me great updates throughout the process, and gave me a fair price when it was done. They went out of their way to problem solve and were diligent about getting the car back to me in the best shape possible. This is a great dealership and Martin is an amazing guy who really made the whole process smooth. We are so grateful!!!

While I did not end up buying a car here, my family I were very happy with the service provided by Gerik. He was very informational, helpful and super kind. We were very impressed by the professionalism here and the manager was also very accommodating and not pushy like a lot of car dealership salespeople. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a Mazda.

I honestly cannot give a high enough rating for this location. I worked with Taylor and he was extremely patient and kind. There are closer Mazda dealers to me but I was more than happy to drive 1hr+ to go somewhere that treated me respectfully, especially since this was my first car purchase and I was doing it on my own.

Taylor found the exact color/make/trim that I wanted and had it delivered to their location. One my way to pick it up, my previous car broke down. It was night, there was no where to walk, spotty cell service, and roadside assistance sent me a link to fill out an online form 😐 Taylor immediately offered to help and he and Ashton drove out to pick me up. I'm so grateful.

Buy a Mazda, just not from here! Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for business. I love my Mazda but ever since walking into the sales office of this place has been a fiasco. Sales guy didn’t know a single thing about financing questions, Just wanted to sell you on how “cool” the car was. The service department is extremely rude, Susana hung up on me this morning as I am stuck at the hospital with my newborn baby with a brand new car that won’t start. Had to call her back just to demand she schedule an appointment that is over a month away. Very disappointed and unprofessional service.
